Therefore, we are going to change it differently to make lobby s certain image and increase publicity effect and WOM. 2. Remove the escalator which is unnecessary and take too much space in narrowed place so that we would expect reduced electricity consumption and broaden some spaces. 3. Install a coffee shop which was never existed before so that it can contribute to hotel s profit-making. In addition, we would make lobby such as Meeting Place. ⅲ. GARDEN The reason of improvement Even though Novotel has beautiful garden located in front of Haeundae beach, but it doesn t any help for profit-making. It doesn t make full use of it. The direction of improvement Install a fountain in the middle of garden using Novotel s symbol and make some spots that customers can take a rest while enjoying the fountain and Haeundae beach. Expected Effectiveness As we install a fountain in the left alone garden so that it can make better use of space and accord with dynamic Haeundae s image. ⅳ. Front Gate The reason of improvement Novotel s front gates are too narrow and low. The height is just 2M and this fact makes people annoyed. Especially, material of gates doesn t seem luxurious. The direction of improvement 1. Broaden the entrances and lengthen around 3 meters. 2. Material of gates must be luxurious with marble. 3.
