Introduction

Amino acids are molecules containing
an amine group(NH2), a carboxylic acid group(COOH), and a side-chain that is
specific to each amino acid(R).

Enantiomer (D-Amino & L-Amino)

Possibility of metabolism in the body (L-Amino acids)

No difference in chemical structure, but different in properties.

Polarized in opposite directions.

Introduction

Essential amino acid
Component of muscle protein
Needed in the synthesis of
enzymes and hormones
Precursor for L-carathine
which is essential for healthy nervous system function

Improve cognition and mood in a synergistic manner with caffeine
Help the body s immune response to infection by boosting the disease-fighting capacity of gamma delta T cells
